In the current scenario the whole world is transforming towards the digital revolution at unprecedented rate. A question is raised in everyone’s mind that who exactly will be benefitted from this digital going world? So, are you ready for the digital revolution in teaching or in education?
This transformation is as similar to the transition from apprenticeship to universal schooling which occurred in the 19th century as a result of the industrial revolution. In the apprenticeship era, most of the learning occurred outside of school.

Lantern slides, appearing in the late 1870s, were the first forms of new technology used in the classroom in centuries. These slide projectors displayed pictures on glass plates. Since then, more advanced tools like the overhead projector, have had their run in aiding the instruction process. Recently, with the advent of personal computers, the Internet, and devices like tablets and smartphones, teachers have increasingly shifted to presenting their lesson plans in digital formats.
The access to e-books, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCS), online courses on various applications and websites enable an unlimited number of students from all around the world to enroll in the similar course and share the learning experience, no matter where they are residing. It also saves extra time and expenses of lodging, travelling and large number formalities.
